Sylvester This little boy had rickets, a disease that forced him to crawl from place to place; he had no use of his legs. A SIP sponsor paid for corrective surgery and recovery care and now Sylvester can run and play with his friends and has a bright future ahead of him.

Sylvester is not only walking after the successful surgery ... he is now playing football and enjoying life.
